Where Families Play

On my sons account he can add what ever page he wants to his favorites. They appear at the top of the screen and you can scroll through them to pick the one you want. I have two problems with the way this works.

1. Is there any way of getting rid of screens that we don't want any more. Or at least moving them to the end. The problem we are running into is that he keeps trying to enter pages that we have denied him access to. when we denied it, it was not removed from the favorites list so every time he tries to enter it we have to re-deny him access again and again. I think that a lot of the reason for this is he can not tell what pages he is allowed to go to and what ones he has been denied. Also what each page is is confusing.

2. Can we label the screen so we know what screen we are going into. With the screen shot design it is sometimes hard to see what you are actually doing.

Dear user,

Unfortunately, there is no way of removing favorites from children's pages.

We are working on making this feature available again very soon in a few weeks, and we also apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are working on this.

We hope this information to be of use and encourage you to keep sending any doubt, problem or comment related to the application you may have. We make our users our top priority and the information they provide us with is the most valuable tool we have for improving Glubble.

Best regards,

Will this be an automatic upgrade or will I have to ask again to find out if it is available.

Hi Bob,

we are now working on functionality that allows you to delete favorites. Adding a text field to the favorite thumbnail might be a good extension, I will look into that.

Best regards,

Alexander

This thread is over a year old so I am hoping there have been some updates since then. It appears that we can now delete sites from the favorites bar but the thumbnails are still too small to see and there is still no url or website name to know what the sites are. Have there been any improvements on this front that I'm missing? The ability to simply name the thumbnail would solve the problem.

Hi Lisa,

we added the ability to delete favorites, but we haven't added text labels to it. It's an omission on our side. We are redesigning the Kids interface now, and favorites management + labels will be part of that redesign. I expect us to start the implementation of the redesign within 2 weeks. I'll know more about timing by that time
